  • OUR WORK PROCEDURE

  • Interaction with the Client, contractors, labours other consulting agencies including structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, BMS, landscape, and vendors with necessary co-ordination TO ENSURE the construction in accordance with the drawing.
  • Organizing regular site meetings with site engineers, Consultants, Contractors and vendors, minuting the meetings, circulating the minutes and taking necessary follow up actions based on the review meeting.
  • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Furnishing the Client with project planning details.
  • Controlling the cost and time in the progress of the project as planned and approved by the Client.
  • Employing adequate no. of engineers for civil, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, quality control, housekeeping, safety, BMS and bill checking in managing the project.
  • Checking and ensuring safety measures at site.
  • PROGRESS REPORTS :( will be submitted in regular intervals)

  • Weekly progress report and planning proposal
  • Monthly progress report with visuals as per site conditions and planning proposal
  • Snag list to the Consultants and Contractors
  • Planning, review & Non-conformity reports
  • Analysis of resource management & implementation
  • Reports on all progress and technical review meetings
